Secondary School Prize Giving Ceremony

The Secondary School Prize Giving Ceremony held at the end of the first half of the term was an exciting event! Our Guest of Honour for this year’s ceremony was Dr. Martin Malama, MP for Kachibiya Constituency and a former Chengelo parent.

Dr Malama delivered a valuable speech to the students and parents gathered in our school hall for the occasion. Mrs. Malama presented prizes to the winners and congratulated them on their achievements. Students were awarded for outstanding achievements in all areas of school life from academic and sports to leadership and commitment, for exceptional progress, Christian leadership and character.

The colourful occasion was attended by staff and students, members of the local board of governors, trustees and parents. Our heartiest congratulations to all the recipients of this year’s prizes and our thanks to Mr. and Mrs. Malama.
