The teacher will act with honesty and integrity, have strong subject knowledge, keep their knowledge and skills as a teacher up-to-date, and be self-critical. They will forge positive professional relationships and work with parents in the best interests of the pupils.   PERSON PROFILE:

• Holds a degree in Education or a relevant field and is a licensed teacher.
• Possesses a minimum of three years’ teaching experience, preferably in the Cambridge curriculum or similar.
• Demonstrates expertise in teaching young learners and fostering a nurturing classroom environment.
• Has a proven track record of excellent pupil engagement and progress.
• Employs innovative teaching strategies that foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Commits to continuous professional development and contributes to the growth of the Primary Department.
