Over the years Ndubaluba has developed an exciting, challenging and engaging curriculum for both Primary and Seconday Pupils at Chengelo.

A multi-activity week with a strong focus of getting to know one another and inclusion. Character development and intra/inter-personal skills are developed through activities and review times. A strong spiritual challenge sets the scene for future Chengelo School life |

Tribal Survival |

Team building challenges based on a survival themed week. There is a strong focus on building interdependence within the form and linking the created environment to God and us. |

Mount Mumpu |

Climbing the second highest mountain peak in Zambia takes students out of their comfort zones and self imposed limitations. Major emphasis on who we put our trust in – looking at how much we trust ourselves, others and God in a mountain ‘God sized’ challenge. |

Through team challenges and discussions the Form 4 students explore Christian character qualities. They are challenged on their own Christian character development and leadership. The main reference point for the week is the Character and servant leadership style of Christ. |

Team building and goal setting day for the Prefect Team. Using a complex multi-activity and problem solving activity the prefect team is challenged to develop their team especially in areas of; time management, motivation, cooperation, planning and conflict resolution. |

A high adrenaline multi-activity adventure race and challenge at Kundalila Falls in Serenje. Individual character qualities are tested and reviewed. Christ-like character is encouraged and discussed as well as deeper team dynamics and interpersonal skills explored. |

Multi task 36-hour team challenge. Stretches students to limits to expose their own limitations, reactions and attitudes. Going beyond the ‘image’ to the real self. Strengths and weaknesses of character are evaluated with a view to their future education, relationships, response to God and Christ-like character. |
